Call before 1pm on a weekday and it is handled that day. After 1pm, it is first on the schedule the next morning, and you are told so on the call rather than left guessing.
Can You Work Around Our Hours?
Yes. Most of our work happens after your people have gone home, and the heavier jobs like floor refinishing are scheduled for evenings, weekends or shutdown periods so nothing disrupts a working day.
What Happens When Something Gets Missed?
It goes into a written Corrective Task Report, back to the crew, and gets closed off. You are not expected to police the building or to make an awkward phone call.
What If the Job Is Not Really Cleaning?
Ask anyway. Our crews are on site after hours with tools in the van, so bulbs, artwork, small repairs and furniture moves are quoted quickly and added to the same contract. Licensed electrical, plumbing and gas work needs a ticketed trade, and we will tell you that straight away.
