- Waste And RecyclingGarbage, paper and cardboard recycling handled on every visit, and spent lamps recycled when lighting is replaced.
- Carpet CareVacuuming on every visit, with scheduled deep cleaning for offices, corridors and common areas.
- Floor Refinishing And Tile RestorationStripping, sealing and refinishing hard floors and restoring VC and ceramic tile, booked annually or as needed.
- Window CleaningInterior and exterior commercial window cleaning on a rotation, or booked as a one-off.

Built for your building on the walkthrough. Area by area, with the frequency for every task set out in writing before a crew ever arrives.

Quality Assurance Audit
Every area is audited against that schedule on a regular cycle, by a supervisor rather than by the crew that cleaned it.
Step Three
Corrective Task Report
When something falls short it is written up, sent to the crew and closed off. You do not have to be the one who noticed.

What is the difference between janitorial services and commercial cleaning?
The terms overlap. Janitorial services usually means the recurring, scheduled work: nightly cleaning, washrooms, waste and recycling, and supplies. Commercial cleaning is the wider category that also takes in periodic work such as carpet care, window cleaning and floor refinishing. A contract with The Cleaning Company can cover both.
How is a janitorial contract priced?
Price is set by square footage, how often the work is done, the floor types and the services included, so every building is quoted after a free walkthrough rather than from a flat rate. You receive a written, no obligation proposal built on the real scope.
What does a Task Schedule Check List include?
Every area of your building, the tasks done in it, and how often each one happens, written up from the walkthrough. It is the standard the Quality Assurance Audit checks against.
What happens when something gets missed?
It goes into a written Corrective Task Report, back to the crew, and gets closed off. You are not expected to police the building or make an awkward phone call.
Can you take over from our current janitorial company?
Yes. We walk the building with you, write your Task Schedule Check List, and plan the start date around the notice period in your current contract, so there is no gap in service.
Do you provide janitorial services outside Kelowna?
Yes. Buildings in West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon and Penticton are looked after by crews dispatched from our Kelowna head office, under the same Task Schedule Check List and on one invoice.
